I don’t typically send updates. In the briefing stage, I’ll ensure I have a clear understanding of your requirements. And upon delivery, I want you to be 100% happy.
I want you to be entirely happy with your art. That’s why I offer a 14-day refunds period.
Each painting is fully insured for delivery. In the unlikely event that yours arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. Simply return the painting and you’ll receive a full refund.

Paintings are carefully packed and sent by royal mail or parcel force or courier depending on size and weight and that damaged in transit work should be reported to me within 7 days with photographs. You will be fully refunded once the painting is returned to me.
Large paintings and any painting for international delivery will require a bespoke approach (crating or shipping insurance) so please do email me (can this email be linked to my email) Please do send me an email if you would like to check shipping.
